You can place your order up until the day before the delivery date. However, to ensure that we still have all items in stock, we recommend placing it in advance! To place your order, it's very simple and quick. You don't even need to create an account. Just enter the city of your stay and the rental dates in the small form at the top of the page, then click on SHOW PRODUCTS AND PRICES. After that, you can select your items, provide the exact delivery address, and choose the delivery time slot you prefer. Finally, you can complete your order payment, and you'll receive a confirmation email. That's it!

Our products and prices may vary slightly from one region to another. To view the available products and prices for items in your vacation destination, simply enter the location of your stay and your rental dates in the form at the top of the page, then click on the SHOW PRODUCTS AND PRICES button.

We are open in most of our branches 7 days a week, all year round. Deliveries are made throughout the day in 2-hour time slots that you choose when placing the order. You can find all the opening days and times for each of our branches on the OUR CITIES page by entering the city of your choice in the small form.

When placing your order, you choose the day and time slot for delivery. We bring your order in our Loclinge bags. If you have any specific instructions for delivery, you can leave a comment for the delivery person. In some cities, we offer the option of 'delivery to a pickup point', in which case, your order can be collected during opening hours.

Order modification and cancellation are free of charge. You just need to go to the CONTACT page or send us an email at help@loclinge.com indicating the order reference and the changes to be made. We will send you a confirmation email as soon as the modification has been processed.
